Start by brainstorming a general list. You can add things such as sales goals, new clients goals, new services or training, and marketing goals. Then, start placing your goals on under the month you think would be realistic. Here's a hint- Don't set unrealistic goals! If you look at your monthly goals and feel over-whelmed, you are need to edit it down.
